New York State Police Arrest Man with Seven Outstanding Warrants

CORNING, N.Y. (WENY) - For the second day in a row, New York State Police K-9 Bobby helped troopers arrest another man with active warrants in Steuben County.
Andrew Vanzile was arrested yesterday after state police out of Painted Post saw him riding his bike on Route 352. Police said that Vanzile has multiple active warrants including one superior court warrant.
When Vanzile noticed police, he allegedly left on his bike, got off, and then ran down an embankment. K-9 Bobby located Vanzile and caught him.
Vanzile has active warrants through the police departments of Bath, Corning, Painted Post, and one active warrant through the Steuben County Sheriffs Office.
The day before Vanzile's arrest, K9 Bobby also helped police arrest a man in Savona.
