Ithaca Police Arrest Man Suspected in a Bank Robbery
ITHACA, N.Y. (WENY) - Ithaca Police arrested a man suspected in a bank robbery two years ago.
On April 25th, Ithaca Police traveled to New York City to take custody of Napoleon Peterson from the NYPD. Police say Peterson had a warrant stemming from a robbery at the M&T Bank on North Tioga Street in Ithaca from November 30th, 2020.
Peterson was brought back to Ithaca, arraigned in Tompkins County Court, and released.
Police say the charge of 3rd degree robbery does not constitute a bail eligible offense.
