ALBANY, N.Y. (WENY) - Governor Kathy Hochul announced up to a million dollars in emergency funding for homeowners in Steuben County who were impacted by Tropical Storm Fred last August.

Eligible repairs may include repair or replacement of electrical and plumbing systems, roofing and heating systems. Secondary repairs include installation of new windows, insulation and doors.

New York State Homes and Community Renewal will oversee the program.
