Colorado Fire Victims: Heres How to help

BOULDER, CO(WENY)-- Several organizations are collecting donations to help those that have been affected by Thursday's Colorado wildfires and below WENY news has listed all options for donations if anyone wants to get involved.
The Marshall fire has destroyed 1,000 homes and burned through 6,200 acres.
To donate you can follow this link: Coloradogives.org. According to Channel 9 News based in Denver, the Community Foundation of Boulder County has a long track record of working with community groups during times of crisis to provide the support that can last for years.
You can also donate to the Boulder Office of Emergency Management which coordinates and supports community members as they recover from disasters and large-scale emergencies.
The American Red Cross has also opened an evacuation center in Northern Colorado and to show support to them you can follow this link.
The Salvation Army will be providing meals to those in need and donations can be sent by following this link.
The Colorado Police Officers Foundation, which is a non profit organization has a collection going to help all law enforcement officers and families that have been directly impacted by the Marshall fire. Donations can be made by following this link.
