Calendar sale benefits local organization fighting sex trafficking

CORNING, N.Y. (WENY) -- It's that time of year again! The annual calendar sale benefiting the Potter's Hands Foundation is open and available for the next two weeks.
The Potter's Hands Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit which provides a safe, secure environment for female victims of severe childhood sexual abuse, human trafficking, and victims of human sex trafficking. Survivors receive physical, emotional, and spiritual healing, and learn the skills necessary for self-reliance and reintegration to society.
Each year, one volunteer, who is also a well-respected photographer, Becky Enders, captures striking images in the City of Corning. Enders then turns those pictures into beautiful calendars for sale, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting the women the organization serves.
Potter's Hands leaders say the calendars make great Christmas gifts or birthday presents.
All calendars are $15 plus shipping (local pick up available) and orders are due by September 15 with early October delivery.
