Crash involving car and bicyclist in Elmira
ELMIRA, N.Y. (WENY) -- Elmira Police responded to a crash involving a car and a bicyclist on Tuesday night.
It happened tonight around 8:30 p.m. near the intersection of Madison Avenue and 5th Street. The bicyclist was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Police say the cyclist was crossing East 5th when they were hit.
Officers say the cyclist was at fault for the crash.
