Internet service restored to Empire Access Customers
UPDATE: 1:15 p.m. Empire Access reports its internet service has been restored. If you are still experiencing issues with connecting, you should contact the office at 1-800-338-3300.
(WENY) – Empire Access is reporting an internet service interruption.
The provider did not disclose how widespread the outage was, but it said technicians were working to restore service.

Outages were reported as far as Elmira; according to its Facebook page, Downtown Grind says it can only accept cash and card; Apple Pay and other apps will not work while internet service is down.
