HORSEHEADS, N.Y. (WENY) -- The I-86 eastbound on-ramp near the Horseheads Walmart is closed after a serious crash. 

Calls for the crash came in shortly after 5:30 p.m. 

There's no word yet on the cause of the crash, but one car could be seen flipped over on the ramp, which is just off of County Route 64. One ambulance left the scene.
