Buffalo Bills get needed edge help, selecting Miami DE Greg Rousseau with 30th pick

CLEVELAND, OH (WENY) - The Buffalo Bills got some needed help on the edge, selecting Miami defensive end Greg Rousseau with 30th pick in the first round of Thursday night's NFL draft.
Rousseau opted-out of the 2020 season. He racked up 15.5 sacks, leading the ACC in 2019. The 21-year old has plenty of size, coming in at 6'7", 266 pounds.
The position fit makes sense for Buffalo. Mario Addison and Jerry Hughes are both in their 30's, and AJ Epenesa tallied just one sack in his rookie year. Getting some young talent off the edge checks an important box for the Bills.
