Pine City, N.Y. (WENY) -- A fire in Pine City is under investigation after crews were called out to a fire on Friday evening.

The fire happened around 5:30 p.m. on Laurel Run Road.

According to the Pine City Fire Chief William Howe, the fire damaged a barn and a garage. The siding of the nearby home was also damaged in the fire. 

Multiple departments responded and crews had to block off the road nearby as trucks and tankers arrived.
