Owego woman arrested for murder, after woman is found dead in Sayre hotel

SAYRE, PA (WENY) -- A woman from Owego is facing a slew of charges, including murder. The arrest comes after Sayre Police investigated a drug overdose death that happened in January.
36-year-old Mindyn Lynn Marmillion was arrested and charged with murder in the third degree, drug delivery resulting in death, involuntary manslaughter, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, manufacture of a controlled substance and possession of a control substance.
Sayre Police say the charges are in relation to the death of 33-year-old Ashley Richardson of Camillus, New York. Police say they were called to the Best Western Grand Victorian Inn on January 10 for a reported drug overdose and found Richardson deceased.
Marmillion was arraigned and remanded to the Bradford County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1 million bail.
Sayre Police are continuing their investigation and say further arrests are possible.
