For those who like spring, this week will be the first real taste of it in the Twin Tiers region. Milder air will set up shop over the region by the middle of the week.

It will be a steady increase in the highs for the next few days, with the highest temperature of 47 on Wednesday. We will have to contend with some rain and snow showers to start the week, but even then, Monday and Tuesday have highs close to 40 degrees.

A fast-moving disturbance moves through Wednesday night, which sets temperatures back to a more seasonable level. But, the rest of the week looks dry, and the sun returns on Friday to begin what should be a nice weekend.
