Firefighters respond to fire in Town of Orange
TOWN OF ORANGE, N.Y. (WENY) -- First responders raced out to a home in Schuyler County on Monday evening for calls of a house fire.
The fire happened in the Town of Orange on County Road 22 around 5:30 pm. From what could be seen, the fire appeared to be confined to a garage. Firefighters were seen trying to limit the damage to the garage and the rest of the home.
There's no word yet on the extent of the damage or the cause. WENY News tried reaching out to the Monterey Fire Department for more information.
