We're closing in on peak foliage season here in the Twin Tiers while a few spots are already reporting past peak conditions.  The gusty winds Wednesday took a lot of the leaves off the trees.  We're expecting another wind event Friday night into Saturday with gusts up to near 30 mph possible.  We we enjoy mild temperatures with sunshine on Friday with highs near 70.  Many valley locations will approach 80 on Saturday.
