Steuben County man arrested on sexual abuse charges

BATH, N.Y. (WENY) – A Steuben County man was arrested by Bath police and charged with sexual abuse following an investigation that started in June.

Police say 23-year-old Joseph Orell allegedly sexually abused a child younger than 13-years-old.

Orell was processed and taken to the Steuben County Centralized Arraignment Court Thursday.
