CORNING, N.Y. (WENY) -- A man was taken away in handcuffs on Monday afternoon, after police surrounded a home on Corning's Southside.
A portion of Chestnut Street was blocked off as more than a dozen cops surrounded one home on the 100 block.
In viewer video provided to WENY News, around 4:30 p.m., a man could be seen surrounded by plain clothes officers or agents. The viewer also said a short time after the man was taken away, the cops and plains clothes officers left the area.
A neighbor said before the man was handcuffed, the home was surrounded for hours.
