The bitterly cold conditions tonight into early Thursday will retreat up into Canada by late week as southerly winds usher in unseasonably mild conditions into the Twin Tiers.  We're expecting highs Friday into the mid 40s with mid and upper 50s expected on Saturday.  We can expect rain showers along with the warmer temperatures followed by drier conditions by late Sunday.
