Finally, across the Twin Tiers we will see a dry stretch of weather as well as a warming trend! High pressure will dominate the region as we head into and through Christmas. Temperatures will be warming up as we go into the beginning of this week. We will see temperatures in the upper 40s for Sunday and at or above 50 for many on Monday. High pressure moves slightly to the east which will switch winds to come out of the south which allows us to warm up. High pressure on Tuesday will swing back west and although we won't see temperatures in the 50s for Christmas, we will see temperatures slightly above average with no winter weather expected. Our next chance for any type of precipitation will likely come Friday with some passing rain/snow showers.
