EPD looking into report of shots fired

Elmira, NY (WENY) -- On 10/26/2019 at about 2:50 am, Officers responded to the area of Sullivan St. and Jay St. in the City of Elmira for a report of gun shots. Responding Officers canvassed the area and located spent shell casings in the roadway. Witnesses reported two men arguing just prior to the shots being fired. No injuries or damage have been reported at this time. No arrests have been made at this time.
