Low pressure will approach the Twin Tiers from the southwest tonight.  This, along with a low-level jet stream overhead will increase our chances for thunderstorms.  Damaging winds gusts are possible along with brief, heavy rainfall, which could result in localized flash flooding.  Cooler conditions will arrive Monday along with gusty winds out of the west.  Scattered showers will remain possible along with the chance for a few wet snowflakes.
