The Steuben County Sheriff's Office says 50-year-old Tammy M.L. Hines was charged with two counts of grand larceny. Hines allegedly stole roughly $4,000 worth of merchandise from a business in the Town of Erwin on Saturday, and roughly $2,000 worth of goods on Sunday.
