Marginal Risk for Severe Storms

Starting off dry this Tuesday, but we will be tracking storm potential through the afternoon as a cold front approaches the area, High temperatures look to hit the mid 80s, with sticky humidity. As clouds increase, thunderstorms may be expected to arrive through early afternoon and linger towards late day. Some thunderstorms may be strong to severe at times producing gusty winds, and small hail stones. Once that cold front exits the region, things should become dry through the rest of the evening into the overnight with cooler low temperatures near 57.
Keep in mind as the day progresses the Storm Prediction Center may upgrade the risk level, so stick with the First Warning Weather Team for any updates, or issued watches/warning from the National Weather Service.
