Convicted Sex Offender Back Behind Bars

MOUNT MORRIS, NY (WENY) -- A convicted sex offender is back behind bars, facing new charges after police say he violated parole.
Police in Livingston County say Terri Havens used a phone to access the internet, violating parole.
During an investigation, police discovered Havens posted an ad to Craigslist looking for a personal aide.
We're told one of the applicants who responded to Haven's post, reported him to police.
Havens served 13 years in prison for the sexual assault of a five-year-old in 2003.
He's currently being held in Livingston County Jail awaiting a hearing and could be sent back to state prison.
