How to stay safe and what to watch out for in extreme heat

Today marked the first day of what is shaping up to be a week long heat wave in the Twin Tiers. To help people stay safe, Guthrie Emergency Department Physician, Dr. Jon Rittenberger had some tips of what to look out for.
