School Rocks Giveaway brings big turnout

The Verizon TCC school rocks backpack giveaway was a success on Sunday afternoon. Many families in the Twin Tiers showed up to giveaways across the region today. The Elmira Verizon TCC store in particular had an impressive turnout.
