TOWANDA, PA. (WENY) -- A Sayre man who faced over a hundred charges for allegedly raping 17 woman has plead guilty to lesser charges, according to the Bradford County Drug Task Force.
Seal Hall, 45, was arrested in November 2024 on rape, assault and other charges. He was also accused of making meth in his home. Hall was arrested on those charges in April 2024.
