ELMIRA, NY (WENY) -- Swarthout's Bait and Tackle Shop in Elmira is hosting its second annual WinterFest on Saturday evening. 

The event features a visit from Santa, and gifts for the first 240 children. Additionally, a chili cook-off will raise funds for Smile Through the Storms, a local support organization for people who have lost a loved one to suicide.
