Bethany Village expanding new Horseheads Senior Living Community

HORSEHEADS, N.Y. (WENY) -- Bethany Village is building 12 new units as part of an expansion project at its Horseheads campus that was previously announced in March.

WENY News previously reported on the expansion, which was a $9.5 million dollar project to build 24 duplexes at the time. This new phase ups the project's price tag to $15.8 million.

The homes will include two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an enclosed garage and more.

Bethany Village says a few units being constructed under phase two of the project are still available. Construction is expected to be finished in the summer of 2025.
