Arctic League Still Searching for the Perfect Christmas Tree for Annual Broadcast

CHEMUNG COUNTY, NY (WENY) -- The Arctic League is still looking for a Christmas tree to grace the stage for its annual broadcast. The tree must be between 10 to 12 feet tall and must be from Chemung County.

The deadline to apply is Friday, November 15th. Board members will review the submissions on the 18th, and cut down the winning tree on November 25th.

The applicant whose tree is selected will be invited to the live broadcast at Mandeville Hall at the Clemens Center on Sunday, December 1st. The broadcast will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and you can watch it on WENY ABC and the CW.
