Groundbreaking Celebration planned for Watkins Glen's new ADA playground

WATKINS GLEN, N.Y. (WENY) -- The groundbreaking for the new ADA playground in Clute Park in Watkins Glen is taking place this week.

At the park, there will be handicapped accessible ramps, swings that are able to accommodate everyone, a carousel that is wheelchair accessible, special flooring for walkways, and many more thought out features. This playground is the final project under the New York State Downtown Revitalization Initiative.
