Man killed in Bradford County crash

TUSCARORA TOWNSHIP, PA. (WENY) -- One man is dead after crashing his car on State Route 367 in Tuscarora Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Police say 33-year-old Joseph Lisowski from Laceyville, a Wyoming County borough, was driving at an unsafe speed when he went off the road, hit a rock wall, and continued into a field where he then hit a tree.

The crash happened minutes before 3 p.m. on Oct. 8, just north of where Markbaker Rd. intersects 367.

Lisowski was pronounced dead on scene by authorities. First responders say he was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
