Steuben Co. launches anonymous 'sticker shop' tip page

STEUBEN COUNTY, N.Y. (WENY) -- As the crackdown against businesses that sell unlicensed marijuana continues across the Empire State, Steuben County is launching an anonymous tip page.

The tip is page for people to report businesses that sell or gift marijuana without a state license in Steuben County. On the website, it notes there's no licensed dispensaries in Steuben County at the present time. The website also explains that a new local law gives the county department of weights and measures the authority to inspect businesses that allegedly sell or gift marijuana.
