ELMIRA, N.Y. (WENY) -- Veterans who need clothing, supplies, or services can take advantage of a local event in September. At the event, veterans will have the chance to take advantage of military surplus items and also learn about other resources available to them.
Representatives from the VA and other community organizations will be on hand to help vets get connected to the services they may need.
The event is hosted by the Bath VA at Elmira's Dunn Field on September 19th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
