Former Steuben Co. Assistant District Attorney pleads guilty to child porn possession
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WENY) -- The former Steuben County Assistant District Attorney has plead guilty to child pornography possession, according to a plea agreement sent to WENY News by the United States District Court in Western New York.
James Miller, faces a sentence of 37 to 46 months in prison, a fine between $15,000 to $150,000 and at least 5 years of supervised release. He will also be required to register as a sex offender.
In May 2021, New York State Police searched his home in Corning, finding 106 images of child pornography on his computer and cell phone, both of which Miller forfeited possession of in the plea agreement.
