No one injured in truck fire in Ithaca

ITHACA, N.Y. (WENY) -- A truck has been deemed a total loss after a fire in Ithaca, but no one was injured.
Ithaca Firefighters responded around 1:30 p.m. yesterday to the 300 block of Bostwick Road for a reported pick-up truck engulfed in flames, according to a release.
When first responders arrived on scene, they say they found the 2000 GMC truck on a steep section of the road.
Units quickly worked to stabilize the truck from rolling away, and then extinguished the fire.
The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
