SAYRE, PA (WENY) -- Today, Robert Packer Hospital is recognizing women in the medical field for National Women's Physicians Day. Guthrie continues to commend these women, not just for this medical holiday, but all throughout the year.
According to officials, Guthrie has 91 female physicians alone at Robert Packer Hospital, spread out among multiple units. The medical care organization has also put a great deal of effort in their Women in Medicine Committee, to help further the advancements and communication of female physicians in our region.
