Elmira radio personality arrested following child molestation investigation

ELMIRA, N.Y. (WENY) – A former local radio personality has been sent to jail following an investigation into sexual assault against a child.
According to police, Christopher Luke was sentenced to 60 days in jail and one year probation for one count of Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree.
Luke will also have to register as a sex offender.
He was reportedly arrested in November and sentenced in Elmira City Court on July 13.
Tower Broadcasting, LLC was able to confirm Luke was known as the on-air personality “Criztian Rock” on 94.3 Rock, an Elmira-based radio station.
This is not the first time Luke has been charged with sexual abuse against a child. According to court documents, he was in arrested Luzerne County, Pennsylvania for similar accusations in 2002.
In 2003, he pleaded guilty to Luring a Child into a Motor Vehicle, Corruption of Minors and Loitering and Prowling at Night Time.
WENY News has reached out to 94.3 Rock for a comment, but we have yet to hear back.
