Local | State | National | World Regional News Search Regional News: Back PA DEP OK's Cabot To Resume Drilling Ted Fioraliso Saturday, October 17, 2009      Pennsylvania environmental regulators are giving Cabot Oil and Gas Corp. the O.K. to resume drilling in the Marcellus Shale.      The State Department of Environmental Protection" says the Houston-based company has complied with the terms of an order that halted drilling activity last month.      The DEP stepped in after Cabot reported three spills of a liquid-gel lubricant within seven days at one of its gas-drilling sites.      All of Cabot's hydraulic fracturing operations are in northeastern Susquehanna County.
