     Pennsylvania Senator Arlen Specter is hanging on tight to his seat.
     Thanks to some financial help from President Obama Specter still has an advantage over his likely GOP rival Pat Toomey.
     Specter has raised nearly $9 million dollars.
     A lot compared to Toomey's $3 million dollars.
     Specter got a nice boost from Obama at a fundraising event on September 15th.
     Specter's democratic primary challenger, Joe Sestak has not released his fundraising numbers.
