Master Control / Camera Operator Job Description: Candidate should be flexible and able to perform a variety of tasks from camera operator to switching on-air programming, live and recorded. Record satellite feeds. Record and segment commercials and long-form programming in Sony MAV-70 server. Operate server and audio board during studio newscasts. Maintain transmitter and programming logs and discrepancy reports. Experience with non-linear video editing (Premiere, Media-100, Avid etc.) would be helpful. Previous experience with audio / video in a broadcast environment desired, but will consider trainee with technical background or training in another field. Thorough understanding of basic computer operations on Microsoft Windows platform is absolutely essential to be considered for this position.
